[ZS] Zombie volunteer system selecting AFK players #316

Players recently spawned in appear on the zombie volunteer list, despite not having touched their mouse or keyboard.

Needs additional confirmation.

I think this is to do with a fix I did for an exploit of the AFK system. I will revert it next update and see what happens.
