Investigate possibility to configure multi platform builds on TeamCity #37

And also investigate why it is failing on windows. In case windows built is not available on TC, change https://ci.appveyor.com build account.

Done for windows & linux/mac, status icons fixed in readme: https://github.com/JetBrains-Research/big. Fixed in 0.7.0
