Generate less undo/redo commands while scrolling track using mouse #157

At the moment scroll results in tons of small move commands which is not convenient for undo/redo commands. Let's put in undo/redo stack fewer commands, e.g 1-2 for mouse drag start and drag stop events, not for all intermediate.
