Negative summary length of peaks #163

I open the track and invoke about action, I see negative values as a results:

Lengths of individual entries were computed incorrectly. Fixed in https://github.com/JetBrains-Research/epigenome/pull/1455/commits/3861685e5b8f25936c6ddcbdb64ad48ea85cf73d.
