I just have a small feedback:
✅ When we are using 0 instead of O, we can spot the error thanks to the zero's center dot:
❌ When we are using O instead of 0, the mistake is difficult to spot (the shapes are similar between the two characters):
PS: Don't worry too much on this one, I think this is a common characteristic of the vast majority of monospaced fonts, due to the fixed width constraint.
