Same as #83, on Lakhnau-2020.1 branch

This PR include:

82 : SonarQube Branches & Pull Requests switched to BuildStartContextProcessor
80 : One line update 😁
Some testng.xml removing, to execute all unitest tests with Maven (was "hardcoded" previsouly)

I will set this PR as "draft" for:

Review / comment between use (@Linfar)
Real tests on our DEV company TeamCity platform (currently: tested locally only)
