Use empty value for $(VSTestTestAdapterPath) as default (relates to #10) #13

In some cases, $(VSTestFramework) can be empty, because defined later.

@NikolayPianikov, what about this PR?

When $(VSTestFramework) is empty, then the behavior will be same like before my previous PR: #11. I hope this PR fixes this.

Thanks a lot! But https://www.nuget.org/packages/TeamCity.VSTest.TestAdapter/1.0.7 is not found (404)

@oakio nuget shows a message This package has not been published yet. It will appear in search results and will be available for install/restore after both validation and indexing are complete. Package validation and indexing may take up to an hour. So I hope it will be available soon. I've attached it TeamCity.VSTest.TestAdapter.1.0.7.nupkg.zip
