Add Automated Build to Solution #2

Refactored the solutions structure, Added the Endjin convention based automated build. Added MSpec assemblies required by the build Added Machine.Specification.AutoMocking + Rhino Mocks.

To Run the build on your local machine - use any of the .cmd files in the \Build folder.
