Yes, it is.

I have NO IDEA why I've clicked on "Issues" link on a plugin page in the IDE and it took me here... Seems to me that even though the FrameSwitcher plugin was selected as active/current then IDE still showed a page (or part of it?) from your plugin (as it's first in the list on my set up).
