GoLand: improve tips consistency #167

This PR aims to improve the consistency of tips in the GoLand guide. I also touched many external files, so this may need some extra attention when reviewing/merging it. It should be merged as a single commit, but I can squash them before that if need.

Deployment on staging looks good after reverting all needless changes. I rebased everything onto the latest main. This can be merged (please do so using Squash and merge to not pollute the history too much). Thank you!
