The GraphQL toolwindow icon size is too big when opening the new project.

To Reproduce

• install GraphQL plugin to PyCharm;
• enable the New UI option in PyCharm | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | New UI;
• open the GraphQL toolwindow for its icon to appear on the sidebar;
• try to open a project for the first time.

Expected/actual behavior

The left sidebar becomes too wide because of a problem with GraphQL icon scaling.
