[ ] Test maven release, I removed plot-api:jarJavaDocs because it should not be needed with Kotlin multiplatform plugin

Hi @hfhbd , thanks for contribution. We are at the end of the release cycle at the moment. I'll merge your PR later.

I believe maven central will reject an artifact without a 'javadoc'.
