Fix ID collisions with multiple SVG by babel-plugin-react-inline-svg-unique-id plugin.

Okay @DmitryMakhnev told me all the context around, and while nobody is really happy with this compelled solution, we can temporarily have it and then WebTeam can peacefully work on updating React. As soon as possible, we will drop it

@DmitryMakhnev Could you please update the PR and bump the package version to 2.0.0? So as soon as it is merged, the version is actual
