Doc improvements: palette usage, manual install instructions, JSX

I had to install the package manually, and found a couple of issues in the docs. Not sure if this is the correct place to report that, but this was my best guess :sweat_smile:

• plugin page and docs only mention tsx files and TypeScript stuff. It looks like the plugin does not support plain JSX projects.
• I couldn't get the preview to run (https://github.com/react-buddy/create-react-app/issues/13). Is that a blocker to use the palette? I'm not sure how it works, if it needs configuration (since there's a palette file injected in my project) or other details. I guess that section needs improvements?
• it seems the IDE installer doesn't include the react-script replacement, nor the index add-on, which I only found when reading about the manual install.
  • furthermore, the manual sample code doesn't explain what's useInitialHook or what should I feed it, if any.
  • I also guessed the ComponentPreviews was the one injected in my project, not the one from the package (Storm suggested both)
  • lastly, Storm complained that <ComponentPreviews/> is incorrect, since it's expecting a function, not a component.

We'll deprecate this package since RB now works with pure create-react-app (as long as with other popular starters)
