Any chance for Resharper 9.0 support ?

How long is the wait? Or better yet use ReSharper 8.2?

It's available on the gallery now! Check out the Extension Manager.

Hi,

Could not find it on the Extension Manager. Also could not find the "Include prerelease" option that you mentioned in the Readme.md. Could you please post a zip file for resharper 9?

Hmm. The extension is in the gallery, and definitely available in the extension manager. Can you check that you've got the right feeds selected? In ReSharper -> Options -> Extension Manager, make sure ".NET Products Gallery" is selected and "ReSharper Gallery" isn't (if it's there).

Incidentally, this is where the include pre-release option has moved to (the readme is out of date, I'll update it, thanks). And there isn't a zip file for it - it has to be installed through the extension manager.
