Plugin not available in extension, Resharper Ultimate #46

The plugin isn't showing up int he extension manager. Is there an alternative way to install, or does it even work with ultimate? Visual Studio 2015, ReSharper Ultimate 2016.1

I've just pushed a new version to the gallery. It should be available now.
