11 months ago This should be fixed in the 2023.2 release of the Unity plugin. We recognise that Packages can be either a folder on the local disk, or also a way to access read only packages in the package cache. 2023.2 also provides nice functionality such as completion.
From what I know, Rider has better support for HLSL including Packages search path recognition and user macro definition, but we don't have it in ReSharper.
