PHP is being interpreted as Template language #8

Hello, right now on every Rider UI Theme Pack plugin installation in PhpStorm I have to manually disable setting: Color Scheme -> Language Defaults -> Template language -> Background to get rid of white background in PHP and other files, which is inconvenient.
