searchPluginId task doesn't search plugin repo if intellijBuild is set to "LATEST-EAP-SNAPSHOT" #60

Marketplace api only accepts actual IJ build numbers like 201.1234.56 So the build number needs to be extracted from the installed sdk for this task to work with the default intellijBuild value
