Switch from Ganesh to Graphite

Hello, These are some informations that I found about Graphite from impeller docs and skia team. I think that you should start thinking about switching to Graphite. Also, it looks like it doesn't work with OpenGL.

• Graphite is a new backend the Skia team is building to replace its legacy renderer (called Ganesh). (Flutter Impeller docs)
• It is designed to be optimized for modern GPU APIs (e.g Metal, Vulkan, Dawn). (Flutter Impeller docs)
• It aims to reduce the CPU cost of recording commands while taking advantage of newer GPU features. (Flutter Impeller docs)
• One of the goals of Graphite is to allow for easier pre-compilation of shaders at startup time, which is one of the reasons why the flutter team decided to create their own engine impeller. (Flutter Impeller docs)
• Chrome is in the process of switching over to Graphite. The long-term goal for Skia is to deprecate Ganesh and move forward with Graphite only. (Skia team, Aug 4, 2023)
• Ganesh, which is the set of old GPU backends with an approach originally designed for OpenGL, and Graphite, which is the new approach under development, designed to specifically run well on Metal, Dawn, Vulkan, and Direct3D 12, and be better for multithreading. (Skia team, Aug 4, 2023)
• Interestingly, the startup performance problems Impeller sought to solve are also addressed in our new GPU architecture, Graphite. (Skia team, Aug 24, 2023)
