Hi, this plugin would be incredibly useful for my team but we haven't actually be able to get it set up on our teamcity instance, most likely because we don't fully understand how to take this code and convert that into a running plugin on our server. Would you mind adding a quick step-by-step description to the readme on how to take this code and actually generate a working plugin from it? Thanks!

Hi, Mike, sorry for the delay in reply, the plugin will actually be officially released soon (please watch TeamCity and AWS blog posts). After the release you'll be able to use it without any special tricks - just add a pipeline, install the plugin to TeamCity and add a build trigger. We'll publish the doc with details after the official release. Have a little patience)
