Use AD Tenant ID #28

Switch plugin from needing a full endpoint URL to needing only the Tenant ID (Directory ID).

I'm going to re-work this to allow a selection of which endpoint to use, as there are multiple possible ones since Azure has several "national cloud" deployments.
