Question: official php support?

Just wondering @NikolayPianikov or @dtretyakov if we can get an official docker build agent that supports php? Could it be included in this repo or in a new one "teamcity-docker-agent-php". Open to pull requests?

Hi, we probably don't want to spawn dosens of tags, so please feel free to create your own version of images with all necessary software installed.
