Add support for coverage >= 5.0.1. #226

Compatibility with older coverage < 5 is kept.

Does jetbrains even care about python anymore? Their actions here indicate that they do not.

This has been broken for months now and it is such a simple fix, and you have already done the work for them!

Thank you Dmitry! I do apologize for @ing everyone, but I did not know how else to draw attention to this long outstanding issue. I did try to send an email, but the support is only for enterprise customers. Is there a more appropriate channel for future communications?

When can we expect a new release? This is basically blocking use of the plugin.
