TeamCity "Include prerelease" option seems to be ignored

I enabled the "include prerelease packages" option of the nuget installer step - but the build still fails trying to find a prerelease package

Could you please teel me what version are you talking about?

I can't remember how but this was resolved. I think I had set up the artifacts wrongly or something. Thanks!
