Fetch feature does not prune deleted branches #123

Describe the bug Deleted remote branches are still showing up under remote branches

To Reproduce Click pull, or pull with rebase, or fetch all. Deleted branches still in remotes

Expected behavior Deleted branches to be removed via a git fetch --prune

As a additional info, sometimes the branches are not pruned because it returns an error such as mentioned in #183

Describe the bug When i found remote has some updates, i try to use the button to fetch my repository, then Gitnuro raise an error to me, everytime i open Gitnuro it will change a number. But i can fetch successfully by git bash.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Gitnuro
  2. Click on fetch button
  3. Wait until it raise error
  4. See error

Expected behavior fetch from remote successfully
