Scrollbars in UXP Reverted #17

In 0.0.3b the scrollbar changes got reverted to the default firefox/palemoon style. I believe this is because of the UXP change in gitmodules

Probably means that UXP will need to be changed back to two different branches and merged in tandem with palemoon updates. rip my free time
