Challenge System

Users can "Challenge" each other for prestige points / ranks

• Must be within a rank of each other
• Both users must agree to the challenge
• Game/etc would need to be specified, reporting who won?

• [ ] One out-going challenge per person, or limit (to limit spamming / overloading and bad challenges)
• [ ] endpoints for challenges, storage in database
