Users should be able to party with each other to more efficiently earn prestige / ranks

  1. Can anyone create a party?
  2. How many parties can someone create/ be in?
  3. Does the leader name the party?
  4. Can the leader delete the party?
  5. Do the other party members need to accept the invitation or are they automatically dragged in?
  6. Can the other members leave at will?
  7. What are the details of prestige distribution to a party?
  8. What additional features?
