Many branches have been deleted due to wrong PR and too many branches so this is big PR but there is no major changes its more a refactor code regardless to PSR-12 and some functions that I forgot to add with the following things :
All php class and functions have a doc regardless to PSR-12 and errors associated it are fixed
A Folder "Util" with a class RequestObject is add allowing to no more use superglobals on index.php
Before when the banner of an article was updated or delete the previous file wasn't delete now it is
A new router was plan to be create but regardless to the inspection of the code for the actual router (index.php) time left is to short to refactor it so it'll stay like that, the time required to refactor it is more than a week
