[Bug]: Adapter crashes without Internet connection #355

What happened?

Due to a problem with our internet provider, we have no connection to the Internet at this time. The adapter crashes at start and will be stopped by iobroker. Looks like this is because the adapter tries to get version information from github and there seems to be no exception handling for this case...
