"Change Mods" does not copy correctly #2

Change mods: -Change to : 30c 3x

What is the base type of the Change to? I am still missing types from the dictionary, for example: fire to lighning, fire to cold, etc. There is no Attack to Physical yet for example, because I don't know if that exists.
