I have a few comments:

Line 26: “With one optional file” The optional files includes .usr, .co2, and .upd. I recommend adding description for .usr and .co2 or referencing them.

Line 79: “* TEMPERATURE: settings for the temperature solution” Adding TEMPERATURE is SCALAR00

Line 133: “preconditioner, coarseGridDiscretization, and smootherType to” Provide a brief description of the above keys: preconditioner, coarseGridDiscretization, and smootherType
