add .gitattributes to allow gsc language detection #40

allows Github linguist to detect .gsc files as the language "GSC", and adds syntax highlighting. added to linguist by this commit github/linguist#5634

actually, maybe this isn't needed. looks like just making a commit might kick off the linguist stuff again. my fork seems to have updated to show the gsc language correctly after pushing.
