Fix #10 #11

This fixes the problem mentioned in #10. The additional text in the email-text element has been removed and added into the content.md file for the english version.

Thanks for the pull request! I ended up fixing this with https://github.com/Jezzamonn/fourier/commit/db9ee1934c7b2b5ded477d5a096923868a1824d7 and a few following commits. Some of the other languages also needed to be updated, and I wanted to make it mostly readable if you were viewing the page with javascript turned off
