I need a second pair of eyes on the probability functions taken from the appendices of https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/e870/8ca24b8f67476b3284ec22ccb689dc6229be.pdf,

to make sure I have written them in correctly

I've checked through and fixed one mistake in the probability calculations. The results are close enough to the paper such that the difference is probably from numerical calculation errors at this point. If someone could still look through that would be great :)
