the arch install while using this guide to the letter, and adding a sudo user called aelis that would install yay

using a nonroot user I run `makepkg -si

and get this blob

[aelis@archlinux yay]$ makepkg -si

And yes, I have access to internet

right after I did

[aelis@archlinux yay]$ curl google.com
<HTML><HEAD><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8">
<TITLE>301 Moved</TITLE></HEAD><BODY>
<H1>301 Moved</H1>
The document has moved
<A HREF="http://www.google.com/">here</A>.
</BODY></HTML>

Edit, I tried using export GOPROXY=https://goproxy.io,direct and that did not change anything, so it is not IP related the thing that may be a catch, this was made off of a hetzner server, and I know they've started to be banned in some places, any idea ?
