Allows deletion of module not shown on the current screen

Steps:

  1. Search MA
  2. Delete CS2020

This is expected behavior. We removed the restriction of only being able to delete items from a filtered list via their index since that would mean extra list-filtering operations in order to delete an item that is currently not displayed. This is why our delete command works by specifying module codes instead of list indexes.
