Unable to read SIP Headers on Registration

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register to a sip server.
2. Once registered, cannot read sip headers on registration.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Unable to read sip headers on registration.

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what 
operating system?

MAC OSX 10.7.4
Revision 209
