Proplot pinned requirement #276

proplot is currently tested and pinned to version 0.9.3 with matplotlib 3.4.3.

Probably we can update proplot to a newer version, with some tweaks to current plotting code Also, some tests/function which generates all current plot types would be good to have to initially visually inspect plot output
