First and foremost, I want to express my admiration for the incredible work! I have a bit of confusion, why we use left top 3 × 3 and the right 3 × 1 block rather than other settings?

Thanks for your questions, we use the conventions following OpenCV, this is just a personal preference, other conventions are also correct if handled correctly.
