Any comparasion with CondInst and MEInst and BlendMask? #2

These instance segmentation also based on fcos architecture.

@jinfagang Thanks for your interest. These interesting works and ours have a comparable performance on test-dev set through a rough comparison. We further extend our method for single-stage video instance segmentation.
