Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Dr. Jianning Li recently left our institute to work in industries, and I just took over as the project's primary maintainer.

I'm sorry that I could not find the files you mentioned within the .txt file that reference the download links at the current streamlit-website. I can only assume Jianning adapted the filenames or dataset before handing over the project.

I'm currently in the process of setting up a new GitHub page for Medshapenet and improving/transforming our storage solution and Python API. The database needs thorough maintenance and upgrading.

This might take some time, and I ask for your understanding regarding the delay.
