However, we do not think that this is a valid bug as the commands that are supposed to be entered into the terminal are formatted in a different way. We feel that for most, if not all, users should not have any problem setting up as they simply have to copy and paste the commands mentioned into their terminal. A video setup guide may be a useful addition and could be provided separately but they should not be added into the User Guide.

Your target users are physiotherapists who may not be familiar with command line and terminal commands.
Hence step 4 in Quick Start is not straightforward enough for them to run the app.
It is hard for them to figure out the meaning of "cd in the folder you put the jar file in" if they do not have much experience with computers or terminal operations.
My suggestion is to provide more specific details and may be put a video to help the user to open the app for the first time.
