Wrong version in CMake #29

After I had built Chipmunk under Linux I got libchipmunk.so.5.1, but current 
version is 5.3.x :) Seems CMakeList.txt from /src must be modified.

Blah. Yeah, I always forget to change that. Several versions behind as you can 
see...

I'm putting together a 5.3.4 update ASAP to fix a couple other issues as well.
