visual studio solution is outdated and does not build #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Visual Studio Solution
2. Try to build demos

It should build but it does not.
There are outdated files in the solution.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
> chipmunk 6.0.1 on win7 x64 and visual studio 2010 pro

Same problem here. Demos fail to build and so does debugDLL and releaseDLL.
Only the debug and release works and produces the .lib file.
