regrid velocity vector from tripolar grid to regular lat-lon grid #137

Hi, I found the regriding examples in xESMF are only for the scalar variables, like temperature. Can we directly use xESMF to regrid the velocity vector from the tripolar grid to the regular lat-lon grid?
