It would be very helpful if this package could be submitted to a public repository like CRAN or Bioconductor so other packages could automatically install it. We are developing a toolkit called singleCellTK with an R/Shiny Graphical User Interface (sctk.bu.edu) for non-computational users. We would love to be able to include this tool in our workflows.
