Compatibility with chrome as keyboard for long holds. #140

I think chrome isn't able to detect a held key properly, such as holding the cursor key down, it will trigger a down cursor once but will stop. Am I misunderstanding a config issue? LDOWN = DOWN A normal keyboard down would scroll a page continuously.

I was apparently using an outdated version, using the turbo modifier works alright.
