README says "RIGHT_TRIGGER_MODE"/"LEFT_TRIGGER_MODE" when it should be "RIGHT_TRIGGER_EFFECT"/"LEFT_TRIGGER_EFFECT" #162

Currently, the readme file says that accessing the DualSense trigger functions is done via "RIGHT_TRIGGER_MODE" or "LEFT_TRIGGER_MODE" when the actual command is "RIGHT_TRIGGER_EFFECT" or "LEFT_TRIGGER_EFFECT".
